Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. Please contact Christy Knife Company at 419-332-8281 or email info@christycompany.net to notify us of the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the knife must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When returning an item, you should consider purchasing tracking to ensure that we receive returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your return. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method less shipping cost within 3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
