We assemble each knife individually by hand using the original equipment from 1936.
The well made little knife lies flat in my pocket and is a useful closed length of about 3”. The blade opens to 3 positions and may be quickly opened with one hand with practice. I always want a carry knife or gent’s knife and this knife does the job without bulk. I have had one for years and the mariner )my new model looks classy and is functionally the same. Beautiful knife! Love the simple design and solid brass components. Brass naturally develops a patina due to use and age so if you are someone that prefers their knife stay the same then this knife isn't for you. However, I appreciate that the knife takes on character that is unique to you.
The knife is a Christmas present I have a couple of your knives and love them have given numerous in the past and it all started when a friend gave me one for Christmas
