What a LEGEND of a product!!!

I only recently became aware of CKC after a friend's stepfather passed away and he received his Christy Knife as a memento. After looking up the company, I found the proud "Made in America" manufacturing, which appeals to me as a fan of other heritage brands (e.g. Red Wing, Filson (of yesterday year), etc.).

I purchased my first Christy Knife a few weeks ago (a Mariner) and I LOVE it! The construction is sturdy and I have all the confidence in the world that I might one day pass it down to my grandkids! This makes a great gift and it won't be the last one that I buy (not that I'll need another one, but because I want all my friends to have one now!).
