ORDERED PARTS THAT I NEEDED. shipped promply and received on time. NEEDED SCREWS FOR AN OLDER KNIFE WHICH HAD SMALLER HEADS AND WERE GOLD. YOU TOOK THE TIME TO GO BACK IN THE ARCHIVES TO LOCATE THE ONES NEEDED. NO OTHER COMPANY WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO HELP . IS GREAT TO KNOW THAT THERE IS ONE COMPANY LEFT THAT VALUES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IN MY OPINION IT IS THE CHRISTY KNIFE COMPANY. MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU.

I was so happy to find out that a replacement blade was available for my 70+ year old knife. It was so easy to take the old one out and slip in the new one. It looks and cuts great! Thank you!!!
